Help Card

Although our “Help” cards are targeted for use in and around Broomfield County, Colorado, the cards themselves are easily adaptable to other contexts. We know because that’s how we created the “Help” card ourselves! We adapted it from the business-sized resource card in use by Boulder County Cares and various agencies in neighboring Boulder County.

Do some investigating to find out if your area already has a resource card like ours in use. If so, great! If not, feel free to download or print one of the versions we have provided below. Then gather the appropriate info for your area, and replace Broomfield’s info with yours. Voilà! You have a customized “Help” card to add to your Homeless Care Kits or to keep handy in case you meet someone in need.

Before you start handing the cards out, we recommend you get in touch with your local social service or human service agencies to make sure you’re including useful and accurate information on your card. Also keep in mind that you’ll need to periodically double check the information on your card to make sure it’s still accurate.

PDF version | Microsoft Word version

When printed, both versions produce two cards per sheet. The cards can be folded in half to create 4.25 x 5.5 cards with information on the front and back and two blank folds in the middle.
